How it works
A budget in three calm steps
- 01
Start with what arrives
Net income — what actually arrives in the account each month.
- 02
Give every euro a place
Start from a suggestion or enter custom numbers. Fixed costs first, then the variable ones.
- 03
Look at what’s left
Aim for “still to plan” close to zero: every euro has a job, savings included.
What is the 50/30/20 rule?
A simple rule of thumb: about 50 % of income for needs like housing, food and transport, 30 % for wants, and 20 % for savings. It’s a starting point, not a law — high rents alone can push needs well past 50 %.
Are the numbers saved or sent anywhere?
No. The calculator runs entirely in the browser. The numbers are remembered on this device only, so they’re still there next time — nothing is sent to a server.
How much should be saved each month?
Around 10–20 % of net income is a good aim. If that’s not possible yet, a smaller start helps: a fixed amount that leaves the account right after payday beats a big plan that never happens.
What does “per day, everyday spending” mean?
The variable budget divided by an average month of 30.4 days — a quick feel for what a normal day can cost without breaking the plan.

Now see if the plan holds.
The same calculator is built into the app and turns these amounts into budgets in one step — then it shows every day what’s still left. Works without internet, and budgets are part of the free plan.
